    Fantastic Service with Art Garcia

    Took my Camry in for service last minute and Art Garcia took great care of me as always. He always welcomes me with an upbeat attitude, has my car ready in a timely manner and makes sure to have shuttle service take me home and back without it being a hassle. I would recommend Art Garcia, he has been my service advisor for the past 4 years.

    I walked in and 25 minutes later I walked out without a truck! I had a check in hand and they turned me away without even negotiating! The next day I went to Ventura Toyota and bought a truck. The salesman was rude and because of that I’ll never shop there again.

    Can't reach anyone at the dealership!!!

    Can't reach anyone to schedule service or to get questions answered regarding warranty. Called the Finance department several times, no answer but was able to leave two messages. Yet days later, not even one returned call. Emailed twice with no response. Meanwhile, this dealership sold us a car, finding out later that all four tires were too small and definitely not for that car, which eventually forced us to have to replace all tires at our own expense. All of these issues seemed to have now compounded making me realize that the dealership is only trying to make the next sale, and not interested in taking care of existing or prior customers. Perhaps I am taking this all out of proportion, but how would anyone else feel if they can't seem to get anyone on the phone or anyone to call back, not to mention the other issues that we are having with the vehicle.

    Avoid to buy any car from this dealer, they kept changing the stories and prices. The sale manager, DREW, was very rude. He tried to get the most of money out of your pocket. Unfortunately, their cars sit on the market so long...The owner of this dealer should understand how to hire the Sale Manager to run this business. Be careful and stay away from this dealer!

    Over the phone, very disrespectful

    I just got off the phone with a person named Drew. He said be sure and spell his name right. I told him that I wasn’t happy with the $1400 increase from last time when I talk to him. I think he called to harass me and let me know that it was $1400 more then when I spoke to their dealership last. Even at that point it was still $3,318 overpriced according to CarGurus. When I ask why are you calling me he said to let you know if still available and did I want to go forward. I told him I need to write a review on this and that’s when he said make sure you spell my name correctly DREW. It is so sad when I see a dealership act like this. I was passed on by a gentleman named Christian.

    Went to look at a used car. They kept changing their story and price while I was there. I felt like they were soooo dishonest... The people their just want to get as much out of you. This isn’t how a business should be run. They really wasted my time.

    UNPROFESSINALISM AT TOYOTA OF OXNARD

    UNPROFESSIONALISM at Toyota of Oxnard service repairs. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Took my van in for a manufacture defect repair and Toyota returned it with my side door not operable. I do not recommend anyone to take their cars to this place for service. My father and sister were each going to take in their cars for service and I and I told them my experience with Toyota. I let them know if they took their cars in they would regret it. Toyota of Oxnard will not take responsibility for their mistakes. The employees their spoke to me in a unprofessional manner. They accused me of lying regarding the door. They told me that they were not responsible for the door not opening. The bottom-line is that my door was working when I took it in and now it is not. No one at Toyota is willing to assist with correcting this issue. I find this appalling. I will contacting the general manager regarding my issue. The supervisor at Toyota of Oxnard was no help.

    Horrible customer service lack of knowledge

    I was given incorrect information when purchasing my vehicle and they refused to correct the situation and admit they are wrong when I have proof of them giving me incorrect information. This has made my whole experience horrible, I’m in the military and this is how they treat the troops by not honoring military exceptions and giving me a hard time because of it?

    1st of all I want to thank Evan for trying to help us try to buy a car for my brother in law. Unfortunately salesman Manager Javier and some other guy name Lalo would not work with us regarding a trade in vehicle. We had money for down-payment. But because of vehicle issues they said they could not take it in. BS We went in the 1st time and like always sales man shows up and trying to show you the cars. We where only interested in one vehicle and Evan help us. Once we told them what we had and wanted Javier and Lalo try to push trying to buy a car the 1st night. We went later day and well once we gave them all the car information on trade-in they back up and more less told us to F*** Off. That nigh Javier acted busy with other customers. Also was ignore by general manager John Hautman. He is no help as much cares less for customers. Went the next day and we talked and try to apologized for not taking the time to talk to us at all. He said hes going to call. Never got a call. Well later that day we decided to take our down-payment and trade-in vehicle somewhere. Unfortunate regarding what the websites says about bringing trade-ins in any conditions its all a lie. They don't care to deal with you. They only care of one thing and is not customer service. Happy I took my business somewhere else. Sorry Toyota Of Oxnard well never see me there again or hear from me.
