    The process felt super rushed and very old school with a lot of haggling. Most upsetting was after all the paperwork was signed, I noticed the radio was broke and the owners feedback was good thing youre covered under a warranty another dealership can take care of that for you. And then had nothing to do with me.

    Professional before unprofessional after

    I responded to an add on cars.com called and spoke with Joanna, very helpful with professional attitude and friendly helpful staff, paid for the car in full after giving me full discerption arrived from VA delivered the car to me without the second key and removed the start button and promised to mail it in with the title after constant daily calling without an answer to my phone calls by Joanna or administrative or management staff and if there was an answer they wore very rude it took 1.5 month to receive the title without the second key or the start button within a month later I ended up with Mercedse I paid for 35K with a knock in the engine untrusted dealer unprofessional staff

    Don't buy here unless you bring your own mechanic to check out vehicle. I incurred a number of repairs once got car back to work noticed problems took to shop they told me it never should have been driven. Called dealership they just continue to tell me they will call back, never due 7000 dollars later only 900 miles after purchase

    Purchased a vehicle on July 13 and still no plate/title transfer/registration. I have to keep calling every few days for updates and those conversations get me nowhere. They say it's out of their hands. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Within 3 weeks had to put $1348 into the car for front axle repairs.

    Beware of the unprofessionalism!!!

    What a disappointing experience!!!! I called and inquired about a Jaguar for sale. I was given an appointment time to come check it out and to ask for Bree. After making an hour drive to this dealership I was told that Bree was with a customer so a young man named Alex assisted me. The car was sitting on the showroom floor and it appeared to be in very good condition. Just from the looks alone I had a high interest in possibly making the purchase. Alex asked if I'd be trading in a vehicle and also wanted to know if I'd be financing the car. I told him I may trade in a vehicle depending on what they'd be willing to offer me for it. I already obtained financing from my credit union so I didn't need their assistance with that. I told Alex I'd like to take the car for a test drive and he told me no problem I just need to make a copy of your driver's license. When he returned he said his boss told him they needed to run a credit application on me to see what kind of buyer I am. I said "Are you serious?" He said yes we have to do that before we move the car. (Hmm now I'm wondering if this is because of my race) I told him thanks for his help and I exited the dealership. Since I had a good hour to drive back home I decided to call back to the dealership to get some clarification on this issue from a Manager. The receptionist that answered the phone wanted to know what was the issue I was having. I gave her a brief explanation of what happened and she put me on hold for 15 minutes while she went to get a Manager. After 15 minutes went by she got back on the phone and said "Sorry our managers are busy right now but what Alex told you is correct". What a cowardly act by the management team not wanting to address this matter!!! I informed her that I didn't agree with that process if that's truly the way they conduct business. So if you're a cash buyer or you have your own financing in tact I suggest you avoid car shopping here unless you don't mind having unnecessary inquiries on your credit report. I've test driven a vehicle at this dealership in the past and they did not run a credit report on me. I believe they were just being lazy and didn't want to move other cars out of the way to get the car out that I was interested in. SHAME ON YOU CHICAGO AUTO PLACE!!!!! This unprofessional behavior just costed you a customer that was seriously ready to make a purchase. (If you even care)

    Wait until you need warranty work. Then see what happens. Ask Jack the manager to take care of you. It's pass the buck Jack. The car has been there over a week and no work as been done because no one will OK the work and no one will call the customer unless you agree to pay 50/50 material and labor. Stay tuned for next week's show.
