    Bunch of Shady Cheats
by Jordan from Las Vegas, Nevada | July 16, 2019

It's very sad that I have to make this negative review. I came in to look at a used car and everything was going smooth with Diego. There were some long wait times but that's expected. The problem occurred after they gave me the car and sent me on my way with supposed 'good' terms on the loan. Due to me not having a job at the time, I was, what I felt, 'irrelevant' and wasn't told or shown much of the loan terms. (Yes I know I should've asked to see them, but instead trusted the people signing it and the dealership, based on the previous numbers they told me) After being able to see the loan amount and the other fees, the loan became insanely priced for a car that's not even worth half of it. I tried contacting Centennial Toyota and telling them that it's too high and can't afford it, so I would like to cancel our contract and return the car, which to no surprise, was denied to do so. Now I'm stuck with it. Overall, very disappointed with my experience and lost my future service and trust.

    Terrible Service
by suorin from Las Vegas | January 09, 2019

I had a scheduled service appointment for my car and I had to ask four staff members before I was helped. I was told my vehicle would take 2 hours and that I would receive a call when it was done, After 4 hours I called them and the department was closed and I was told I couldn’t get my vehicle until the following day. The service manager Sean is also unprofessional.

    Long wait.
by Rafael A. Medina from Las Vegas NV | September 21, 2018

Sean the service advisor told me it would only take 1.5 hours for the required services and it took over 4 hours. I rather have him tell me the true so I can plan accordingly.

    Service ripoff!
by John Doe from Las Vegas | September 02, 2018

Don't go to Centenial Toyota here is why. I have 3 great Toyota cars I use to take here for maintaince. I dont mind paying a reasonable price for a job well done. But I want the job done right the first time because Im a very busy person and dont have time to waste. I usually leave my cars overnight. Every time I bring my cars in they seemed to find a problem so I would go ahead and have it fixed. At a substantial cost that I paid no problem and I usually dont examine my bill. This time I told them to hold off on the repair and just give me a break down. They wanted to charge me 175.00 for a cabin filter, they said I had a oil leak 1900. The car shook like crazy after they rotated the tires and this is not the first time this happen. First off dont rotate the tires if your not going to balance them my car shakes like crazy now I have to go somewhere else to balance them when I have time mean while my car is shaking and I drive the freeway every day. I changed the cabin filter myself for 25.00 they wanted 175.00. That was it I dont trust this place anymore. The service rep said bring the car back they will balance the tires. I dont have time for that why didnt they do that the first time. This is the third time I had this problem I wont be back ever again. Also I wont let you rob me ever again. If you charge 175.00 for a cabin filter what else are you inflating? Also I found a kids toy in my car I don't have children : (

When going to a dealer for repairs I expect to pay more but also I am under the assumption that I am getting the best experts to work on my vehicle. Unfortunately at Centennial you can only expect to pay more. if you need anything more then an oil change or tire rotation do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

    Poorest service ever
by Bob S from Riverside, California | February 11, 2018

I’m from out of town passing through and the maintenance service light came on. I scheduled the service for 7am. Told the service writer that I was waiting for the truck. After 3 hours of waiting I hadn’t heard anything about the truck, so I went to look k for it and talk to the service writer. The truck was sitting in the service area parking lot. I then talked to the writer and he said to give him 5 minutes as he didn’t know where my vehicle was. A short time later he told me it was going through the car wash. A lie as I watched my truck and it never moved. Finally he told me the vehicle was ready to go and I needed to sign and I’d be done. I signed and they brought the truck up. I noticed one of my veteran ribbon magnets was missing from the back from the truck. I know it was there when I dropped the truck off. They looked and said they could not find it. The svc rep sent the lot mans to tell me this, he couldn’t do it himself. Told the lot man to tell me if I had an issue to come talk to him. No nerve to tell me himself! After I left I looked at the paperwork and I now question the work. For instance they indicated that all 4 tires were at 9/32’s. How can this be when I have 2 brand new tires on the front, one that has about 10k miles on the right rear and one with 69k miles on left rear. Lastly, when they looked for my missing magnet they should have talked to the guy who washed the truck, as when I got something out of the back of the truck I found the magnet in the backseat.

Don't service your car here, they call constantly!
by NOT a fan of Centennial Toyota's barraging phone solicitations from Las Vegas, NV | January 06, 2018

I bought my 2014 vehicle here and was thrilled with the final price and product. Fast forward two years... The service database is linked to the sales database. So every time I bring my car in for service, the newest salesman calls my number repeatedly for days and leaves messages stating they can get me into a new vehicle for less than my current payment. I don't have a payment, so they are obviously not correct... Last year, I had spoken with the Sales Manager, Peter Cornish, and advised him to remove me from all their lists. He advised that they could attempt to do so, but would not be able to guarantee no calls because of the link in their system. Poor customer service is built into this Toyota dealership's data management system. After the last service there (December 2017). I have received no less than 5 calls from the sales department... All unreturned... Take a hint buddy, and stop calling. It was useless to talk to the person in charge. They are unable or unwilling to change the vulture culture of hovering sales people... I used to rave about my experience at this location (when I first purchase my vehicle). But now, I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO GET THEIR VEHICLE SERVICED SOMEWHERE ELSE. They have no respect for privacy, and no respect for discontinuing unwanted solicitations; in today's climate, that's a dangerous business practice. Don't harass your customers. No means no. And silence is not consent. So, unless you want the sales team to call you repeatedly every time you take your vehicle in for service - despite your written, verbal over the phone, and in person with the hmfic communications - I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you DO NOT purchase or service your Toyota here.

Will not stop contacting me by phone
    by P from Las Vegas | February 19, 2017

I bought a car from them 3 1/2 years ago and for the past 2 1/2 years they will not stop calling me from wanting to :refinance my car, sell my car , buy a new car. I blocked them from texting me but the phone calls won't stop. I have made complaints to the Toyota corporation and the calls will stop for a couple of months. Wish I never bought a car from them
