Process good. Vehicle not so much

Purchased a vehicle and the process was smooth. Only complaint I have is they do not detail the vehicles. The amount of French fries and tasty grahams under the seats could feed a small army. Now I am currently having an issue with the front end. Have had the vehicle looked at by 3 shops and all tell me the car was in an accident with damage to the front passenger side. I have to come up with money to fix this undisclosed issue for the vehicle to be safe to drive.

They buy low and sell high, how can you estimate till you see. I have brand new car with 2000 miles on it and 100,000 mile warranty and they offered me 1/3 of what it's worth...would never use them!!!

It has been a long process. I finally got my car delivered. The key was broke. I am still working with them. They are not customer focused at all. It is really like buying a car from a vending machine...lol

Unprofessional & untrustworthy. Confirmed delivery 1 week ago. Confirmed no delays twice within that week. Guess what, 1 day prior to delivery date, dalayed. xxxxxxxx excuse was "truck broke down"

Absolute Best Car Buying Experience Ever

I have never had a car buying experience like this, it was amazing. I was in the market for a new car. Got online and was able to view every detail of the car I was interested in. With in 15 mins of putting my information in , I was approved. I had to call Carvana to do a funds verification of the down payment. The customer advocate was extremely friendly, and was able to verify fund with 10 mins, then we set up for delivery. All of this happened yesterday, and my delivery was setup for today between 1 and 2pm. At exactly 1pm, the driver showed up with my 2016 Ford Mustang Convertible, immaculate condition. Everything was perfect as it was described on their website. The process last 5 mins, for the delivery man to unload my car. I took it for a test drive and it was amazing. When I got back, I signed 5 papers and the car was mine. I absolutely LOVE Carvana and I will never buy a car anywhere else. When my wife is ready to upgrade her car we will definitely buy from Carvana again......Thank you Carvana!!!!!!!!!

Buying a Car is finally an enjoyable experience! The entire purchase went wonderfully! I found the car I wanted submitted the documents and before I knew it I had my new car delivered to my door step. I had no problems trading my old car in. I highly recommend this company. Buying a used car used to be the absolute worst experience and now I cant wait to use them again!

Dream car, disappointing experience

I just purchased a 2014 Prius C-one from carvana. I really wish I could say that I'd had a great experience. I do want to note upfront that the employees I dealt with, both my advocate and financing via phone, were lovely. No complaints there. The price of the car was right at market value and the buying process was simple. However, MAKE SURE you double check what keys your car comes with before you buy. Carvana will not cover the costs of an extra beyond what is stated on the car page, even if the key you get is lacking basic safety features. My prius came with the valet key only, which is great if you want to be transported back to the 80s before the days of key fobs, but awful if you want the peace of mind that comes with having a panic button and remote lock/unlock. I live in the city and those are all basic, necessary safety features for me. I assumed that the car would come with the master key (because really, who manually unlocks their car these days) but it did not, and now I'm stuck with an EXTRA $300 and an afternoon wasted at a dealership. The car also came with undisclosed stains on the seats, no floor mats (my advocate put in a reimbursement request for the new detailing charges and said she would mail me floormats - waiting on all of that to come through) and a maintenance notice - these were disclosed as soon as she dropped it off, and as she agreed to take care of them I didn't think much of it. Combined with the key however, this is all putting a huge damper on what was a great deal of excitement over finally being able to get my dream car.

Gave me a car witha bad tire..

Had a wonderful experience with Carvana at first. My tire pressure light was on when they brought me the car. Figured it was no big deal and probably a result of cold weather. Found extremely low tire pressure in one of the tires so I¿ refilled. The light immediately came back on. Eventually took the car to a tire place where they found no leak. Then took somewhere else where they found a leak that couldn’t be repaired so I’m having to get a brand new tire on a car that I¿ was assured had no problems. I’m extremely disappointed and customer service said they couldn’t help.
