    CARVANA SUCKS
by EX CARVANA FAN from NY NY | October 24, 2019

CARVANA sucks period! Website and APP are not in sync, you tell them they ignore!! Their IT dept sucks. I have sent documents 10 times and they dont know how to enlarge them on THEIR end!! I am the customer NO more. I do not work for them. THEY should work for the customers but do not. Go with your local dealer instead! I am.

    The Carvana Registration Scam
by Kandell Malocsay from Auburn Alabama | October 22, 2019

Carvana charged me a extra $400 for sales tax and for 5 months I have been trying to get my refund. They keep saying they only pay refunds quarterly - that ended over a month ago. Now they just say their accountants are "looking into it." They have been looking at it for a month now. The buying was easy, but don't let them handle your registration....its at best poorly managed, and at worst a scam.

    Dishonest Company False Advertising
by NikkiB from Atlanta, Ga | September 15, 2019

Bought a car from Carvana and the process was seemless... The staff was great thru the buying process, the vehicle was a little delayed on arrival time (inconvenient, but really not a big deal), and the car seemed to be just what I wanted... so I took it on my vacation trip, expecting to keep it... Halfway down the road, I stop to wash off the dirt and find evidence of rust. I started looking around and there was hidden rust everywhere. In the door jambs, under the hood (and on its underside), under the carriage... bolts, screws and larger pieces of joints, etc, covered in rust. Carvana advertises in multiple places on their website that they disclose all imperfections, meanwhile they only detailed two areas of minor paint imperfections from regular use on the ad for this vehicle. I called in to get the details on returning it for another one (hey, we all miss things sometimes and they seemed to have a good rep on the street), but now they are going to charge extra for the mileage from my trip. They claim rust is normal wear for a 3 year old vehicle and that they only document obvious imperfections in the listings, so unless you can see it by walking around the car, it wouldn't have been listed. i.e. THEY DONT TELL YOU IF THE VEHICLE IS RUSTING. The customer service leadership would cover the mileage already on the vehicle, but not for me to get home because that much mileage devalues the vehicle... KBB says it would be about $70 less value private party, meanwhile they want to charge $400 for extra mileage on a vehicle that WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED. And they want 3 days to complete a final review the case when I only have 3 days left to return it... And now that it's day 7 I'm back in town and can return it, the website says the 7 day return period has expired..!!! There may be 50 fantastic experiences to this 1 experience, but here's what this taught me about Carvana: THEY ARE NOT HONEST THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE CUSTOMER Carvana is underhanded and stealing from the public. And apparently, they don't care about completing a sale, because now I don't trust them and I'm going to tell everyone I come across not to use them, either.

Horrible Service. Customer satis is not in dicti.
by Michael from Arizona | August 01, 2019

Never buy a car from them. after keeping me for wait on 20 days, agent Mike said sorry we can not extend minimum miles on previous car with us and if you want to do further business with us, we will pick up old car within certain days and you can buy during that time else you wont be eligible. He said this is what his team has suggested to go forward in this scenario. Should not their agents be able to decide themselves to retain their customers? I think They are not just set for success right now.

Process good. Vehicle not so much
by Lisa from Charlotte NC | February 15, 2019

Purchased a vehicle and the process was smooth. Only complaint I have is they do not detail the vehicles. The amount of French fries and tasty grahams under the seats could feed a small army. Now I am currently having an issue with the front end. Have had the vehicle looked at by 3 shops and all tell me the car was in an accident with damage to the front passenger side. I have to come up with money to fix this undisclosed issue for the vehicle to be safe to drive.

It has been a long process. I finally got my car delivered. The key was broke. I am still working with them. They are not customer focused at all. It is really like buying a car from a vending machine...lol
