    Great experience, Great car so far. The people at Carmen made buying a Car as good as it gets. The Salesmen Vincent Grimaldi was a good listener and new all about the Cars and competition. He helped me find the Car I was looking for. The Manager Dan Giacchino went through all the options buy lease etc. He worked hard to get where I had to be. Nice people give them a try

    Came in with a friend who was looking for a car. After throwing out some numbers and negotiating , sales manager came over strong and was very rude. He wouldnt let us talk, would talk over us when we would start to talk.

    engine shut down

    In July 2018 i purchased a 2012 GMC Arcadia. Nice car. All was good at first. Then winter came and one problem came up. The traction control on this car is some how connected to the engine. It reduces the engine power when ever the traction control light came on. I called the service department at Carmen Ford and was told the equipment to check my car they did not have, told to take it to a GMC dealer. The problem stopped, so it seemed. About a month ago i took it to Carmen for service and an oil change. I was told the car was fine. On Thursday the 29th at 9th and Adams, the engine shut down. Had it towed to Union GMC. Today i got the wonderful news that i need a new engine, with labor i am LOOKING AT 8500.00. This tells me that Carmen Ford do not check there trades ins. A nice wash and shine with a hefty price tag. People do not buy a pre owned car from Carmen Ford. They have no honor in the way they do business. I still have a monthly car payment as well. So thank toy Carmen Ford.
