    Everything went so smooth with Button Dodge! Went somewhere else orginally to buy a vehicle and they werent willing to help. I went to Button and they did everything in their power to help me out and get what I wanted! Jamie Hansen was my salesman and he is awesome! If anyone wants someone that is willing to do anything for you, ask for him! 10/10 recommend Jamie and Button!

    Bought a2012 RAM 3500 it didnt have 100,000 miles and the clutch went out, the mechanic said the hydrologic's was the cause for the failure and Chrysler nor their famous " warranty forever" would cover it cost us $2500. Then it failed 5 more times.The 5th time they finally called Chrysler and asked someone. We have not heard from them since we picked up the truck. They got their $2500 from us. How nice......never again will I EVER BUY FROM THEM. BEWARE OF ANY WARRANTY FOREVER.

    Sold me a vehicle with a bad engine

    I bought a Jeep Wrangler with 68,000 miles on it and a few days after I got the truck home I noticed a pinging noise coming from the engine. Called Button, thinking they would fix the issue since I had just bought the vehicle. I was forced to bring the truck in over and over while each tech and service manager gave me a different story as to why the truck burns oil (over 4 quarts low at 3,100 miles since last oil change) , pings upon acceleration and loses power. They refused to fix my jeep even though they sold it to me with a bad engine. I requested all my service records and they actually sent me one that stated the engine light was on the exact day I bought it and they reset it and sold it to me the very same day. Now, somehow this is my fault. This should have never been a warranty issue. This is a bad business issue. I'm now being forced to replace the engine, 100% all on me. Never again will I deal with this business.
