    Before my schedule appointment, I dropped into the Brandon FIAT service area to ask questions about getting my car serviced at this location (I'm new to the area). In my conversation with Lenny, he was able to spend time with me explaining the likely problem. With his card in hand, I scheduled an appointment with Lenny as my advisor. During my appointment, Lenny was very thorough during the entire exchange to ensure there was no stone left unturned. At the conclusion of my appointment I was very happy with the level of service and attention to detail.

    I was told that I would need a cap for the oil filter and the mechanic did not remove the dirty oil filter this time. I was annoyed because I was told the cover/cap was damaged and yet my car is only serviced by Fiat. If its damaged, then it happened at my last oil change. In addition, at my last visit, I was told I was going to need a list of repairs. At this visit, nothing else was wrong with my car. I asked. I also mentioned to my service coordinator that items that were replaced while my car was under warranty, are of such poor quality that the rubber has rotted and the paint has peeled. He ignored it.
