Just bought my third car from Bourne since '16
Yeah, I'm rough on my cars. But there's a reason I drive all the way from Waltham to shop here. This one was sold to me by Mario Lee who was awesome! (Although a bit guilt wracked I forgot to ask for Carlos who helped me with the last one, I'm in sales and know how important repeat biz is!) I walked in at 2 and drove it off the lot (as clean and smelling better than new!) in under 3 hours! My dad used to own an insurance agency down the street from Bourne and when he found out I was shopping, "Why don't you just go to Bourne?!" He came with me and while working with the lovely finance woman (Tara Donnelly? So sorry I'm not positive of her name), he discovered he grew up with her father/uncles and had a wonderful time reminiscing and catching up! Wonderful people here! Your sterling rep is well earned, thanks again and keep it up! I can't imagine I'll ever buy anywhere else!

Run away from this place
not even sure how to start this this was an entire waste of fully good Saturday day we spent three and a half hours driving their hour-and-a-half on-site three and a half hour driving back hundred dollars between gas and tolls and that's * 5 people that's how many people came total we went there after looking at a vehicle to have for sale a Mercedes Benz 2011 40,000 miles login and my wife said from the very start something doesn't look right about his pictures but we gave them a benefit of the doubt and we drove there when we got there that's where everything started falling apartthe car was brought out front almost immediately which was very impressive first thing would being told by Mario this house representative that they left the window accidentally open and when you open the back door there was a paddle yes a bottle of water like 3 or 4 inch deep.God didn't quite explain the smell of a beach inside salty water but we kind of said okay no problem with test drove the car around the block it seemed okay when we parked it we opened up the hood and that's when everything kind of started falling right back into placethe fire shield on the hood and around the engine with almost entirely gun from rodents eating on it right down below the engine does a huge nest they didn't even clean that up the filter for the cabin was completely missing you could see inside so you would be basically breathing into fumes next thing up was the highlight all four lights in the front hub condensation and water in the bottom yes water and grill is broken when I confronted them with all of this they said it's a technician's fault we can possibly look at every car that comes in where volume dealerI said okay we just wasted an entire day of driving how can we solve this they said well if you saying that we should negotiate the price we just don't do that they took my information Mike Kelly the general manager assured me he'll call me back I waited Saturday rest of the day Sunday and this entire Monday morning and early afternoon I which point I calledhave to speak with Mike Kelly. And pick up they told me he was busy and left her a message and I'm sure he'll call me back after he reads this review it is my strong believe this vehicle was flooded not reported and they just kind of trying to pass it on some of the bolts had spot roasting on them would they shouldn't have ever because the water just cannot get to the spaces very disappointed that I wasted an entire day even more disappointed not there such bad dishonest dealers out there trying to prey on people what if I was an older person that just doesn't know enough and didn't check these things so feel free to reach out to me anyone I'll tell you in more detail might again do not buy from these people this is the last place you want to go for car shopping

Unfortunately I could not buy the car I went to do the test drive, but I was received very well by all and loved the place. No doubt I'll make a purchase with them soon.

Disappointed With Vehicle Condition
Drove one hour to dealership to Test drive a 2014 Chev. Silverado Pick-up. As I started the test drive, water started dripping on the top of my left hand, which was on the steering wheel. It wasn't raining out, & hadn't rained for a couple of days. Upon further investigation, water was leaking from the swivel, where the visor turns left-right. Water must of been trapped in the roof. I also noticed old, dry, brownish water stains under the visor, when I flipped it down. I loved the truck till this point. I can't believe they missed the water leak & stains, when they reconditioned the car !! Bottom line.....2 hour round trip for nothing!! Not very professional of the dealership. The customer service was very hood though.
Looking for used car
My salesman was Sue Pereira, this young lady bent over backwards to accommodate us.Made finding another car painless after having my last car totaled. Sue was very helpful thought I got a great deal on a 2015 Nissan rogue with over 17000 miles on it,just brought it to my brother in law to check it over he said it was like having a new car.
Very good experience
This dealership had the best prices by a lot. I was looking at cars for months. They would not budge on the price, but they were already 2000 dollars lower than anybody else on a comparable car.
