    Boston was awesome! He was honest and thorough and very patient with my husband poking and prodding everything on the used cars! We didn’t find any cars we wanted, but I referred my daughter to him and he sold her a car!!

    Bob Moore Nissan Norman has a lot of explaining and compensating to do. I bought a hybrid Rogue in May 2018. I got pulled over and ticketed in June for expired tags/failure to register within 30 days. It's a MISDEMEANOR!! I called them and explained that after 35 days I had not received my title. They said they were sorry come let us give you another temp tag. Well, several phone calls and 3 trips over there from Tulsa later, my 3RD TEMP TAG is set to expire on Monday. I need to go out of state tomorrow. Still to this day at 11:40 am, NO TITLE, NO COMPENSATION FOR MY TICKET, NO COMPENSATION FOR MY TIME AND THE HARDSHIP AND INCONVENIENCES, AND A MISDEMEANOR ON MY RECORD, and NO EXPLANATION!!!

    My wife and I had a very positive experience with Bob Moore Nissan in Norman. I liked the no pressure attitude of the sales person, Kevin Grant. he was very helpful in answering questions and guiding us thru the process as well as patient with my picky nature. Charlie Tatum in finance was also great. after finding us a great deal with a good bank, he found us went out of his way to get us even a better deal. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them and refer others to Bob Moore

    Shawn Mathews was great, he stayed in contact with me as cars became available and was very helpful and patient with my situation as well. I have not yet had my repairs done as there is a couple of dents and a seatbelt not working. The car is used but I feel it should have been certified pre-owned as it only had 23,000 miles. I feel if it had been these things could possibly have been fixed prior to me taking the vehicle home. I guess I don't understand that process.

    I was very happy with my purchase of the Nissan Rogue, I was totally comfortable from the minute I started looking. Jeff Morris was the person that helped me with my decision. He was very helpful and attentive. He made sure that I was happy with my purchase and that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Answered all my questions...very personable. I received the same attention with the financing. All my questions were answered and every aspect was explained. Could not ask for a nicer person. He was also very attentive and made sure that I was happy with the financing. I highly recommend both of the gentlemen that helped me....both were very easy and pleasant to talk to.
