by James M Jimenez from San Pedro | October 31, 2017Decided to check this charity auction dealer and see how it works. To my surprise it was fun and seamless with the speed and ease to bid on any cars you may consider to buy. After all was said and done, we got a very nice 2001 Toyota Avalon that seems to be in very good condition still and rides real smoothly. Small mechanical repairs, but nothing that broke the pocket book and as expected for a car over 200K miles on it. Still a great way to buy something for cheap and a great ride. Take that Chance. I'll be back again and again and again.!!
Customer Service Quality of Repair Buying Process Overall Facilities Shopped for a used carDoes recommend this dealer.Did purchase a vehicle. Not a "dealership"
by Mojoco from Los Angeles | July 04, 2017This is an auction lot, not a dealership. They allow you to turn on the ignition, but no test drives were allowed. Wouldn't allow me to bring it to a mechanic. Only shop here if you are a mechanic experienced with auctions

by clb825 from Los Angeles. CA | May 21, 2017Called to verify that they still had the car we saw online. The girl that answered phone clearly was busy with something or didn't want to be there because she was rude. She cut me off while talking g and transferred me to someone else who informed me they didn't know if car was there and said we couldn't test drive. Cars were sold as is. This should be mentioned in ad. I would never buy a car without test driving it.

by Sarah from Barstow, CA | February 20, 2017The over all experience was great. I bought my Ford Expedition from Blok in Nov. 2016. They were up front cars are sold as is and they gave us plenty of time to look at them. I did my research and got all price information their website. I also viewed all their cars online. I Knew that I wanted a SUV and that os had to have 3 rows. They made it easy lookinv throuh the cars online. They gave a list of all the cars which made it very easy for me to oranganize my choices. When the auction started i was very nervious but there was one auctionier that made it fun and he was easy to understand for the most part. I over bid a little on the 1st car I wanted because I did not relize how fast the auctionier jumped up the price. They just talk so fast. But i stopped on that one and waited for my next car on my list. I was very happy when I got it. It had a few minor issues but it is a used car you have ro expect that. After fixing those small things i enjoy my new used car. Staff was nice and explained everything very clear. We are going to be making another trip to. Buy a car for my daughter soon

by CamOpLocal600 from Los Angeles, Ca | January 23, 2016The first piece of junk I bought was apparently good at first, this was around 4 years ago. The engine, transmission and interior were in ok condition, but I forgot to check the suspension and oh god, I'm surprised It made it home and back to blok (I bought the 2 day insurance) so I returned it and got most of my money back. The mechanic that drove the car back in the lot knew something, all he told me was "good thing you were able to return it, it's irreparable." he didn't even inspect it, he smiled, nodded his head, and drove it back in the lot. I didn't learn from the first time so I went back a few months ago with more money and picked up a newer lexus in "perfect condition" . It was around the 6th day when the car began to give me electrical problems, I've wasted close to $1500 in an attempt to get it up and running, but no luck yet, it's currently sitting in my garage while I figure out what to do with it. Now I'm negative $8,000, broke as a joke, and borrowing uncle's old van to get me to work.
