    I had originally planned on going up to look at this car I wanted two Mondays ago. Luckily I had an interview that delayed me so I had to call and let Best Buy Auto sales know I would be late. He called back about a half hour later, luckily RIGHT before I left on my hour trip to see them, and he told me I couldn't come today because the car I was looking at wouldn't start. Had a second date set up for last Friday and I live an hour away from the dealer so when I woke up to see that we got a huge storm and saw all the snow, I decided it was best not to go that day. I set up another date for today, 02/14/2020 and drove an hour to see the car. Upon getting there I gave him my license so I could test drive the car and I was then told to wait up front while he pulled the car up. TEN MINUTES LATER, he comes out with no vehicle and tells me the car is in Newark now and that he can get it back there but it'll be a couple hours. I said nothing and just left due to the fact that if I would have said something, it wouldn't have been pretty. I'd rather buy a car sunk in the middle of the Atlantic with millions of fish feces in it rather than do business with these people again. The absolute worst, and a complete waste of time!

    Factual review of my experience with Best Buy Auto: My salesman was Ken. He assured me the vehicle would receive a 36 point inspection and anything wrong would be fixed. Picked up the car 2 days later. I found that the CD player didn’t work, they said they’d order a replacement and swap it out in about a week. 100 miles down the road, a bad wheel bearing forced an emergency repair at an out of town shop. BB insisted on sending the part, but sent an incomplete part. The out of town repair took 2 days. The mechanic informed us the transmission pan was in really bad shape and leaking. Brought the car back to BB to fix the radio and transmission pan. An engine oil pan was ordered, which is the wrong part. Finally got the transmission pan replaced. The radio was replaced with one with the same problem. 4 days after dropping it off, the car was finally ready. Looks like a crowbar was used to remove the radio, the dash is now chipped and cracked and gaps exist around the radio, which still has an inoperable CD player. Called Ken to discuss and was told “I’ll get back to you in 10 mins”. 4 days later, still no call. Bottom line: if you purchase from this company, don’t expect them to find and fix any problems in advance. You will have to find them yourself, and hopefully have a better experience having it fixed by the most inept repair shop I have ever encountered.

    Leroy was very friendly and helpful during the process of purchasing a vehicle. I first spotted the vehicle when BB Auto was closed, but Leroy took the time to answer my questions and gave me his card to contact him if I decided to pursue my interest further. I went back a few times and did indeed purchase the vehicle and I am pleased that it was an easy experience.
