    Staff was EXCELLENT! Everyone involved, as well as ones that weren’t. I never felt too pressured to purchase (we are in the business of selling cars, so of course there is always some slight pressure to buy; it’s their job!) Throughout the entire process I felt the entire team gave me the best deals possible and worked with me on my needs. I was greeted every time I entered the building. I was greeted as I exited the building. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I purchased a new Civic from Gary Doyle, who was superb! Thanks to Brittain Bissette, Sele Mitchell (go Braves!), and Joe Butterworth as well for being involved with my car purchase! Fantastic job and thank you again!!!

    1999 Ford F150

    Purchased a used Ford 150, and paid to dollar for it. After purchasing i Had to carry the vehicle back 3 times. The first was for the alignment, which they had noted that it was already done by the service dept, but it pulled really bad to the right. The second time A/C didn't work, because there was no freon in the system. The third time I found a rust hole in floor board under brake pedal. It's obvious I wanted a refund, but they would not give me one. They said they would help fix it, but I havent heard nothing since. I've called back and talk to manager about paying to fix hole and he said no, but they would recommend a cheap body shop. I will never purchased a vehicle from the Hendrix dealers again and I recommend that others should do the same.

    Great first purchase, but no car purchased second time. Left message for two separate folks, a salesman and finance manager.. neither returned my call. I purchased a car from another dealership.

    Recently purchased a used Toyota Camry from this dealership on May 1st and the service department didn't do a proper service to the car. About a month later the car was completely out of oil. Next about a month and a half after that, the radiator is cracked. The service department aren't doing they're job as far as making sure you have a properly serviced car when you purchase it. I left the sales manager a message about his service department not servicing the car correctly and have yet to hear from him, Mr Truesblood. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!

    I have purchased 3 Honda's from Barbour Hendrick in the past few years. Always had great experiences with the entire staff. Robert Ellsworth, who is no longer there I believe, and Reggie Stevenson - the best there is in my opinion - and all the others that help in the process. I always get a fair price, even if we have to go back and forth for a few days. It's a process and I know that - having had 3 uncles that were either car salesmen or owned their own dealerships when I was much younger! The service department is top notch as well. This facility is over an hour away from my house, but it is worth the drive to get a fair price on a car, good service all around.
