    My entire purchase was done online and over the phone. I had my car delivered and it was an awesome experience. Javier was a great sales person and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him and BMW of Gainesville to anyone!

    Excellent service in buying a new car. Charles and Scott were very helpful in finding a vehicle that had the options we wanted and in helping us decide on a configuration by test driving several vehicles. Process was strait forward and transparent. Issues regarding pricing were resolved in my favor without problem. Dealer discount and trade-in value were quite reasonable. Delivery was easy. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Gainesville BMW and the 3rd under this owner. Management is very hands on and overall service is excellent.

    BMW of Gainesville is a great place to buy a preowned car, had great atmosphere! Nice experience from start to finish. Since the first online contact to the moment I stepped foot into the dealership. They made me a fantastic deal. I recommend them to others and purchase another car there if or when time comes.     I live about 100 miles away from BMW of Gainesville, but they had a certified used 4 Series in their inventory that was exactly what I was looking for. Buying a car long distance is not easy, but I figured we'd give it a try. Turns out, it was a great experience! Working out a deal by phone with Christine Garcia (Internet Sales Manager) was absolute perfection. No pressure, hassles, or haggling. She was professional, super-friendly, and able to help me get the price and terms I needed. Made the trip to Gainesville a few days later, and it was worth every mile. The car was an anniversary gift for my wife, and the Gainesville BMW staff really rolled out their red carpet. Treated my wife and I as if we were family. Kenneth Howard and Tim Bundrick made us feel like family. We've done car deals where there's been hand shakes and smiles, but buying from BMW of Gainesville was full of hugs, high fives, and so much fun! Loved it! You can bet we will return for another purchase - we'll drive 500 miles if we have to. Thanks Christine, Kenneth, Tim, and all who were so kind and friendly! :-)

    Service staff need training. I called the BMW dealer, so I could pay my bill, and I was told to call later because Dave was busy. So I am supposed to be calling the dealer until I Dave is not busy to take my money? I asked Lisa to have him call me. Over two hours laters, I called, and I was hung up on two more times. At the third time, I was told to call back because Dave was still busy, and he was the only one that could take my money. Finally, I got the hold of Todd, the service manager, and I was able to pay my bill. If you call this excellence in service, I wonder how the actual repairs might be.

    ATTENTION....BUYER BEWARE....DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are selling vehicles that are unsafe to drive. I have owned over 40 cars most of which came from a dealer. I have never had a "reputable dealership" lie to me the way the Manager Mike did. On 9/14 I bought what appeared to be a gently use 2009 Audi A5. The car was clean inside and out. When I got there they had this 2009 A5 in their glass garage with a silk sheet over it like it was 100k car. I was told the vehicle had gone through their 150 point inspection and there were no issues with the car. That's all part of the con. It's a smoke and mirrors game. I test drove the car and it pulled hard to the right. So hard in fact if you take your hands off the wheel for a second you are changing lanes. I was told they would fix it. The car was taken back and "aligned" while I was doing the paperwork. Now I live 2.5 hours away. So as I'm driving the vehicle home I notice car is still pulling hard right. I contacted Mike a few day later because the dealer had to send me a new contract to sign. I never signed and returned the paperwork. So I asked the manager Mike if I could return the car since it wasn't fixed and apparently the prior contract was no good. Mike proceeded to tell me I couldn't return the car because they had already been paid. This was a blatant lie. The deal was not funded until 5 days later. The dealer found a way to force the original contract through left me stuck with a 2009 Audi A5 that isn't safe to drive and has a leaky AC system. You think you're going to a reputable dealership....a Corporate BMW dealership only to find out they are worse than a buy here pay here lot. Would you want your child or family member driving a vehicle that's unsafe?
