    Poor employee service and poor repair service

    I brought my vehicle to Braman Service reference engine warning light on March 16, 2020. I checked error codes (DTC) that were showing on my car and brought that information in with me. I presented paper with that information to service adviser who picked up the paper by the corner and tossed it back across the desk to me saying he did not need to see my information. He was talking down to me and being rude. I picked up my car the next day to discover car had same problem it was brought in for. I called dealership and made appointment asking for another service adviser. I met with the new service adviser and started to give him my paper with information. He held up his hand and said he did not need to see it. He acted upset and even hostile towards me. After waiting for a while the service adviser came to me and said that on my previous visit they identified the problem but did not replace the broken part to fix it. I asked why and the adviser said he did not know why, still acting angry towards me. Maybe Braman employees should accept what ever help they are offered. Will not return to this dealership.

    DISHONEST dealer SHAME

    They keep ads up lonnnnng after they sold and when you call instead of just being honest and tell you it sold, they first ask you for personal info before letting you like it sold, later you start receiving unwanted calls and texts about getting a car for you......That's Hialeah shark dealer tactics......SHAME ON YOU BEING YOUR AN OFFICIAL DEALER. ACT LIKE A REAL DEALER.

    Disappointment

    April 2018 I traded my 2016 Infinity QX 80 for a 2019 Mini. I had a great experience and got a fair trade value. Because my second car being a Corvette I wanted something more comfortable than the Mini or the Corvette to go see my family in Miami. Looking for another car I found at Braman Miami a brand new 2015 BMW 650 i with only 30 miles and never titled. Having a great experience with Braman Okeechobee I wanted to buy that BMW there if the inspection was good. Of course they did it for me and ad the cost of the inspection and the shipping to Braman Okeechobee on my bill. When I went to pick up my car they told me to bring it back the next day to fix the scratch on the side and the dent at the front. After trying to fix the damages they could not do it and the general manager offer me to give me my trade back if I wanted or to send it to his body shop. He said if all it needs is buffing and sanding I cover the expenses but if needs painting that would be your cost at a competitive price. Of course, it could have been worse but I also know that I told them to inspect that car and if that car was not perfect to inspect another one from Braman Miami and considering that they knew I wanted everything perfect that car should have not pass the inspection. When I told them that they said we inspect electronic; engine and transmission and it is kind of funny for me because when buying a car I start by walking around the car and not going further if not perfect. Bottom line, when I do a mistake I take responsibilities and I thought it would be the same from Braman which I thought had higher standard. I know I will end up to be happy with my new 2015 BMW but from being at the top of the list of all the cars dealerships Braman is now just a disappointment like most of the other cars businesses; nothing good or bad to say. The only think very positive I can say is that the General Manager did more than his part and try his best but if the policy of Braman is not to cover their responsibilities concerning body cars damages that need painting it is really not much more he could have done.

    Crap Service/Crap Dealership

    Had a car reserved for purchase, was told that it needed to go through the service department for a mandatory "safety inspection" which would delay my purchase by a day or two. Called back to check on it day two and they SOLD IT OUT FROM UNDER ME!!!! Total lack of business ethics!! I would NEVER DO BUSINESS with this dealership!!! The epitome of "slimy used car sales!"

    I bought my first Rolls Royce from Braman forty years ago. Since them I have bought many sports cars. When I decided to buy another luxury sedan I returned to Braman. I can honestly say that the exceptional service, sensitivity to customers needs and vehicle knowledge have remained the same over 40 years. Everyone at the dealer from owner, to GM to sales manager to salesperson has been exceptional. Whether your looking for Rolls Royce, Bentley, Porshe, or BMW, Bramen of Palm Beach should be your only place to shop.

    I negociate a 200k car with then and I back up a offer, when I bought the ticket to Miami they called me to say that they sold to another people, I lost money, time and the other car that I was buying, totaly mess this dealer, dont trust!!!
