My stepdaughter purchased a car and more than 30 days have passed and she still has not gotten her car title. She then called and was told that she could drive all the way back to the dealership to get it. Apparently, they either forgot all about it or sold a car that they may have not had the title for at time of sale.

Our sales person Abdul was great but that's where the good stops. I bought the car as is on 3/9. Yesterday 4/9 it died. My mechanic just looked at it and it needs a new alternator and timing belt which is going to run me $550. Happy 1 month anniversary car! On top of selling me a car that looks great but had issues they sent out the title late and I ended up having to pay a $25 late fee when registering the car. I would go to a more reliable dealer if I were you.

UPDATE, GOT A CALL FROM MY INSURANCE SAYING THE FIRST JETTA I BROUGHT FROM THEM WAS INVOLVED IN A ACCIDENT WHERE NOONE WAS IN THE OTHER CAR. GOOD TRY AS I ONLY HAD THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE ON MY POLICY FOR THREE DAYS. CROOKED. THIS MEANS THEY STILL SOLD THIS CAR WITH MY TEMP PLATES OR DROVE IT TO AN ACCIDENT WITH THE TEMP PLATES I GAVE THEM BACK IN FEBRUARY. I WILL REPORT AGAIN TO BRIAN AND NEW JERSEY STATE DMV.

No Frills Used Car Dealer

A lot of good and bad about this place-so bear with me. First, all of those "best thing since sliced bread" comments are fake. (You purchased a car in NJ, VA, FL and OR all in the same month? Really?) This is a real review. It's a little long, so take the time to read it. I think you'll find it be helpful. Next, if you go here, have appropriate expectations. If you're paying $7,500 or less for a car, it's probably going to have issues-wherever you go. This place is no different. If the price of the car is really low, there's a reason. The prices sound good, but you're getting what you pay for. Pick through the cars until you find a decent choice. They exist. Third, this place is crazy. Their cars (and they have about 500 of them) are kept at a remote lot. You let them know what you'd like to see and they bring them over for you to see and test. Their web site is actually really good for browsing through the choices. There's constant action, limited (extremely limited) parking and lot's of people coming in and out-it's kind of disorganized. Make that very disorganized. It's a no frills place-you're not going to a Lexus concierge dealership. Fourth, the salesman I dealt with was a good guy, but to expect him to know a lot about each car is unreasonable. They may see a few of them multiple times, but there's 500 cars there at any given time. Think about it-how much can they possibly know. He's really busy and tries his best, but he's got a hundred things going on at the same time. Like I said, this isn't some high-end dealership. Fifth, and this is the tough one, I think they cleared the codes from the dash of the car I purchased before showing it. I bought a car from them and the check engine light went on right after getting it home. I expected the car to need new brakes and a tire sensor, but I didn't expect to need to replace a couple of engine control parts. The front end shook badly at highway speeds (it's hard to get these cars up to 60 mph on the roads they let you test drive) Took it to my mechanic and the repairs cost me a little over $800, which was about $500 more than I expected when I bought the car. If they had just left the check engine light on, I would have had a better idea about what I was getting and I may have made a different decision. Assuming there isn't anything else seriously wrong with the car, the price I paid plus the $800 repair bill brought the cost in at just about what the Carfax fair price was. I don't think the salesman knew, but hiding the warning light wasn't cool-but it wasn't the worst thing in the world either. It certainly doesn't make me feel comfortable. This isn't an awful place. They provide a Carfax, they don't alter the mileage, this isn't a "bait 'n switch" operation (despite what some of these reviews say), it's a first come-first serve place and there's a 50-50 chance that what you saw online will be sold by the time you get there or if you choose to come back a second time. Don't go by the pictures-they can only show so much. Older cars will have rust, worn tires, high mileage, worn brakes (do YOU replace the brakes on a car before you trade it in?) but they do change the oil and top off the fluids and clean them up-for the most part. The car I purchased was apparently a repo, which probably also contributed to the way the prior owner cared for it. Nobody should expect that they're getting the "deal of the Century". All-in-all it was an ok experience. I'm not happy about the repairs needed the day after I bought the car and that the problem may have been hidden. The salesman was a nice enough guy. The price was fair enough. The car was in pretty good shape otherwise. Temper your expectations, understand what you're looking at, look through the cars until you find a decent one and don't think you will be getting a $10,000 car for $5,000. That just isn't reasonable. You may get a $5,000 car for $4,000 but need to put $1,000 in repairs in right away.

i was looking for a car on here like everyone else. i have found couple of car that i like on this dealership (2012 ford focus about 130k listed for $2669). i decide to go and get it. when i arrive over there they told me they don't have the car they told me they have other cars that I should buy. basically they positing a car here with good deal just because they wanna bring people to the shop to make them buy other cars!!! they are %100 liar don't even go their shop!!!
