    I emailed the dealership and asked them if they would give me a better price then what they are asking online, they had this car for sale forever. Got a response from a Travis, I think the only guy that works there, possibly the owner, just a generic response, thanks, but no thanks, this is the price. I said ok, I have a trade, sent a vin# and miles, never heard back. Called him on his cell, never heard back, I would not want to work with a person like that, if they gave me the car for free now. Just unprofessional and the car did not have a free carfax, you had to buy it or ask for it, forget about it, that is always a sign they are hiding something.

    This dealer has fair prices and very nice cars. I bought a 2019 Sentra with 4,000 miles and it was priced well under what other dealers were selling 2018 models with more mileage for. James was my salesman and he was very professional. The only negative thing about the car was that I found out that the tires and hubcaps had been replaced. One tire was 7 years old and another one had been plugged. I found this out at Discount Tire when I went to buy a warranty on them. And they had Toyota hubcaps for some reason so I had to replace those also. But it was still a pleasant experience at a fair price.

    Terrible Car, terrible dealership.

    DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! I purchased a 2014 Kia Cadenza from this dealer two months ago. Since purchase, the back up camera and AC have stopped working, and I have found they fit a positive port to the battery terminal by clamping it down and inserting a screw so it would stay on. They told me the car was still within Kia warranty. The warranty had been out a year before I purchased the car, I found this out after trying to claim warranty for the necessary repairs. They also said they do all the tag and title paper work. After three phone calls to them and an expired paper tag they finally sent me a check (for the money I had already paid for the tag and title) as well as the paper work. Huge headache and nothing but problems.

    Today I came in to test drive a pre owned 2015 Cadillac XTS. I worked with Majid. My experience was stellar from the moment I arrived. The vehicle was brought up for my test drive. Much to my surprise, Majid handed me the keys with a smile and said to take it for a ride. It is their policy not to ride with the customer, such an amazing touch as we all know it can be awkward when the salesman is trying to sell you while you are testing out the vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure from the staff what so ever. After the drive I was very impressed with the car. The car fax indicated that it was in an accident. Majid was very transparent about this. I asked if I could take it to my mechanic for an inspection. They allowed me to then take the car to bring to my mechanic. My mechanic checked out everything and mentioned I would need new tires on the rear. I brought this to the attention upon my return and Majid brought it up to his boss Ara. They were able to get me two new tires and a fresh detail and I walked away the proud new owner of a Cadillac! Something I have dreamt about since I was a kid! My experience with Tommy in finance was just as delightful! Approved for a much lower rate than any other dealership could provide me (I have less than good credit). We talked football during the paperwork process and was given an ice cold bottle of water. No pressure to purchase an extended warranty. The inventory at this dealership was phenomenal! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for the best car buying experience ever! I will be back for future purchases! THANK YOU MAJID AND THE ENTIRE STAFF AT AUTO MERCHANTS INC.!!!

    GREAT SERVICE

    Man.!. These people were GREAT. A worker by the name Aura(don’t know if I spelled it right) first helped me on the phone and he handed my situation so well I didn’t want to talk to anyone else. When he said I’ll have to complete everything with a manager I thought, o no, the manager might not be as kind and understanding as Aura. Boy was I wrong. When I spoke to Sid(the manager) he was even more understanding, kind, friendly, and helpful. They fixed my vehicle according to the need and also gave me a loner vehicle that was of the same class as my 2018 suburban. Some dealerships will give you a Toyota Corolla, when you drive a Suburban. Nah, not Sid, he made sure I got a vehicle of similar size and capability. I was really happy with my experience and I told them when I’m looking to get another vehicle, they’ll be number 1 on my list of dealerships because of the way they treated me. Although I only bought a Suburban from them, they treated me like I bout a Mercedes. Aura and Sid need to get a RAISE.!.

    Ok so I go in to look at their 2016 Ford Fusion Energi that they have for sale and bring my truck up there to trade it in. They look at my truck and price it at 31000 when KBB has it between 37800 and 40500 and I told the sales guy Omar that it wasnt right and that's insulting to me. So I leave a review and out of nowhere they call me after I leave my bad review and say they're sorry and the 2 guys that appraise vehicles werent there and all that but they did not care to make a deal with me or try because I wanted to still try but they only cared about me leaving my first 1 star review and asked if I could take It off and i agreed at first before they decided to not even try to make a deal with me.

    Dealership is completely dishonest

    Thought I'd share my experience with the place as well. Their cars are cheap for a reason, good luck trying to figure out why. Long story short, paid 33k for a 2015 Audi S3. Had 15k miles. Checked oil after driving away, should have checked initially, but it was almost 2 quarts low. Could have easily blown the motor. This also means there was no kind of inspection done when they bought it. Also, took it to Audi Plano for an oil change, they ran the vin and found NUMEROUS electrical repairs from water damage; go figure. Brought it back immediately and was given my money back; however, I am appalled that they would sell this kind of junk and try to rip me off. They know exactly what they are doing. Get cheap damaged cars and sell them for retail and hide it all from the customer. Every car they have is garbage. Good luck buying!!

    Looked at a car here pictures online looked good, when looking at the car in person the inside was trashed and hadn't been cleaned. When I went back online the pictures they had of the car were from another car. So they offered us a deal on the other car, but when we went back to look at it they Said they were confused and that wasn't the deal. Would not trust these people.

    I bought a 2011 Equus the dealer never disclosed frame damage a year later I tried to pull a permit to go into Mexico they denied the permit because their car fax showed frame damage on the car I was extremely upset and contacted the dealer they were rude and claimed the car had a clean Carfax when they sold it to me I'm contacting a lawyer to represent me I feel cheated and robbed by this dealer, beware of their practices

    I want warn anyone thinking about buying a car from this dealership!! I bought a BMW that was a "buy back". Per "Mo" (the manager), my car was bought back by BMW from the buyer. I was told that after BMW bought the car back from the buyer, all issues wrong with the car were FIXED and put back up for sale, via auction. After about a week of me purchasing the car, the check engine light came on. I took it back to Auto Merchants to fix. It was supposedly fixed after being there a week. When I picked it up, they refused to give me any paperwork showing what had been fixed, stating it had been sent to BMW to be fixed and they were given NO paperwork. We all know if you take your car to be fixed, you get paperwork showing repairs right? So this began the shady dealings. A few weeks later the check engine light came on again. I called Mo,he said go ahead and bring it back but you need to know I'm doing you a big favor by fixing it again since it's been a month since you bought it and I should purchase a warranty! It was there for a number of weeks again and again I received NO paperwork when I picked it up. I've now had the car for about 4 months. I don't drive many miles since I'm disabled so I assumed this car would last me for years, since it only had 60k miles. Well, the check engine light came on again about 3 weeks ago. I took it to BMW this time. They stated that there were SO many things wrong with it, it would cost approx $9000 to get it fixed correctly. There were numerous faults stored in the system, that had been cleared previously but never properly fixed. BMW called to tell me it was going to cost thousands to fix everything that's wrong with it. I started crying, since I live on social security. They quoted $3500 just to make it drive able, but I had to understand and sign that several other things were wrong with it. They felt so bad for me, they got it down to $2200, just to buy me some time. There are still MAJOR problems with it, that I can't afford to fix. Auto Merchants had to have kniwn all these things were wrong with it since all these faults were still stored in the cars system!! Please don't buy a car from Auto Merchants. Yes, it's very tempting to get an expensive car for much less money, but please don't fall for it, as I did. If I can ever afford to get my car fixed completely, it will end up costing me MORE than it would have to buy this kind of car with a clear title!!
