    Stay away from this place, sleazy dealership with sleazy car salesman and women. The absolute worst car buying experience I ever had Could care less about you once they've got your money. This is what I get for dealing with a broke dealership with no money to make anything right.

    I tried to call Andrew but Anne answered and made an appointment with her to visit the dealership regarding test driving a new Mitsubishi. To my surprise, before I drove into the parking lot I saw a woman standing there waiting and she was Anne. I have not had this kind of service ever. She led me to Andrew and he patiently showed me the new SUV. We test drove it. Everything went well. During the negotiation we had an disagreement about the destination and delivery charges, $1095. Colin, the Sales Manager, was patiently explaining to me about the company pricing policy. I totally respect his stand point but sorry, from a third party logical point of view I disagree. Although I did not end up purchasing the SUV, their salesmanship is polite and professional. Afterwards Andrew even sent me a follow up email.

    The sales staff here suuuuuuuuucks. This is a sure fire strategy to lose a customer It's easy to see why there are so many bad reviews. I was interested in a specific car that popped up on this lot. As it was a new arrival, there were only the stock photos listed. So I emailed asking for photos. Andrew writes back saying it's new... No pics blah blah blah... But "when can you come in"?... Ummmm when you get pics to justify me driving out there. Guy answers none of my questions but still is insistant on me coming in. Obviously only interested in making a deal, not interested in making a customer. Its difficult to exude sleazy sales guy over email... But Andrew excells at it. Finally I just reply, don't respond to me any more. As I am still interested in the car, but want no part of dealing with Andrew, I gamble and text about the car. I get a response from Anne on Friday afternoon and the same response about the car not being ready, and she will text me when it's ready. (Car with photos goes live on the website Saturday morning) Sunday afternoon, after no pics, and no further texts I get an email from Anne (odd since we were texting) " are there any questions we didn't answer? We strive for blah blah a service blah blah" Yeah... The only question I asked, pics of the car. (Though I said that more politely, in the email) Anne responds " they are still working on it and it's not on the lot yet, so there's no photos yet" .... But... But the photos were up and the car was posted yesterday clearly on the lot. At this point it's clear that nobody has their act together there, and I don't have the time or energy to deal with this circus. So I respond "ive moved on" So now we are at 2 people ive told I'm good. Soooooooo Monday. I get another text from a random number at the dealer. Again, no communication over there. "hello are you coming to day test drive vw jetta ////???" I've told everyone I'm over it.... But still they come at Ya... I respond with a snide comment about the poor service, And get a laughable threatening comment in return. "DONT CALL US WE DONT CALL YOU MAN" GOTIT Amazing. Who responds to a customer that way? Lol.. Auto Gallery Mitubishi that's who. Seriously this dealership is a joke. Take your business elsewhere so you don't have to deal with this clown show.

    The salesman Craig was nice and very helpful. Was even patient when my own insurance company would not respond, so I had to buy all new insurance. Kenny, aka "The PaperworkGuy" was funny and friendly. Overall I had a good experience. The car was also about $4,000 under market value, so that was a plus.

    Make a deal or no test drive?!!

    I went to go check out a used Tesla and to take it for a test drive. The salesman was very short and uninterested in really talking to us about the car. Didn’t know anything about the car. When asked if we could drive it, he came back and said the owner is using it as his daily driver and the only way we could drive it is if we came to an agreement. Waste of my time and energy. Should never have it listed if the owner is driving it around as his car. And don’t think you guys are slick with the agreement to test drive thing, because I noticed today the car is not for sale anymore. The owner only wants to sell if he knows for sure it’s a done deal, if not it’s his car. So stupid. Never again would I step foot on that property and I recommend people looking to not only other dealerships, but a whole different auto manufacturer.

    Most Untrustworthy Dealership. Thieves.

    I'll start off by informing you that they stole my spare tire. or specifically the tech (Joe Godoy) stole my spare tire and replaced it with a used one, I have never used my spare tire. ever. He also went through my glove compartment took a couple dollars and replaced my front license plate frame with a broken one of their own. It was my first time going to this dealership because the one nearest to me closed down; there is no reason for me to have a frame advertising this dealership. I was going for a routine 65,000-70,000 mile maintenance package. Said it would take 1.5 hours, we were there for 3 hrs. There was nothing good about my experience going here. i hope this review helps. if you're looking for a trustworthy Mitsubishi dealership. DO NOT GO HERE. Find somewhere else to go, no matter how far it is. Also, removed my skid plate and never reinstalled it, so now the undercarriage of my car is vulnerable to damage. I might actually sue this company

    Money first, customer last, test drove on sunday, emailed and spoke to sales manager larry almost everyday until Wed I spoke with Larry agreed to purchase car on saturday, receives an email on next day if was still interested when I called dealer they had already sold car, no one said anything about a down payment, i guess a person's word means less then money in hand, even received an email from general manager she said to contact her if I had any problems, when I did she text me to just deal with sales manager worst customer service from any dealer I've dealt with

    Dear Buyer, Beware of the selling tactics at this dealership. Dealer did not advertise LoJack as apart of pricing but tired to use LoJack to leverage pricing. Very unethical, very unprofessional, and very argumentative. They made me very uncomfortable throughout the process. I'm a preapproved buyer, with cash as the down payment and the customer service was horrible. I walked out. Buyer Beware.
