    Went to get my truck fixed which has a lifetime warranty only to find that not all things are covered. If it has to do with emissions apparently it?s not covered. Really disappointed in Dodge, very misleading.

    Worst service I have ever received

    Don't expect ANYONE to EVER call you back. Not even to provide you a quote for parts and labor. Do expect to have to go in on a Saturday to get a quote because no one ever called to provide one. Don't worry you will stand around for an hour for this quote. Don't expect the technician to replace the O2 sensors on the left side because you specifically requested ONLY the left be replaced. Why would I request only the left you ask? Well let me tell you! Because the right are brand new! In fact the service write up will confirm the right side sensor's " look recently replaced" But wait! Nope still no call. FINALLY get a hold of a human on the phone after 2 weeks! TWO WEEKS for 2 O2 sensors! "It's done, you can pick it up" "how long has it been done? Was anyone going to call me? Or return one of my multiple voicemails?" Go to pick up my car... you know expecting it to be done. Crawl under the vehicle to verify the parts I very specifically requested be replaced have actually been replaced to discover NOPE! Original crusty O2 sensors still in. But no worries it's only been TWO FLIPPIN WEEKS and they think I'm going to pay for service not complete. So now obviously I have to flip out in the service area while other customers look at me like I'm crazy. Supposed to get a call on Monday from the service manager. He states they replaced the sensors on the right... are you following? They replaced the new sensors I had already replaced and left the old ones that have never been touched Says well we kept your parts so we will pull the new parts out, put them on the left side, and put the parts it came in with back. The manager was very clearly told I did not want parts they removed and most likely tossed around, kicked, threw, pulled out of the trash bla bla who knows honestly what happens at this place. Anyways point is, it was their error and it was expressed that I DID NOT APPROVE the removed parts be put back in. Well you guessed it guys! Get there to pick it up and sure enough they did it anyway. So now I really had to loose my xxxx. "Well nothing is wrong with the parts we took out." Oh well excuse me for not believing you love, pet and cradle the parts you remove for disposal after you have now tried to hussle me twice and made me wait 2 weeks. Silly me! Now I have to wait ANOTHER day to pick it up so they can give me new parts! How do I get to and from all 5 times to pickup my vehicle? Oh I take a Lyft. I take a Lyft 5 times! FIVE! I can't imagine how many customers this auto shop has gotten over on. I'm going to assume most customers do not take it upon themselves to crawl under the vehicle when they pick up. Also pretty sure they assume the Customer is an idiot that knows nothing about vehicles. But they do get 1 star because they discounted me service due to the fact that I'm a pain in the xxx customer. Let's be real... It's because the website won't let me give 0 stars.

    Calling to schedule my service was unacceptable. I tried a few times and nobody would answer, After a few times the only department to answer was the sales people and took 2 times with the sales people to speak with someone to schedule my appointment.
