I want to take the time out to say my experience with 21st century auto group was awesome. This is my second time doing business with them and I am very satisfied with the way they put you first to get you what you want. I wanna give my salesperson Tim a two thumbs up for making this an easy and fun process for me.
We had a good experience at this dealer. My dad bought me a used car from Tim. Unlike many used car dealers they worked with us and won our business. We recommend this dealer and definitely recommend Tim!
Worst and Worst
Don't even work with them, they will do anything to steal your money in 2017 I went there to buy 2016 X5 very fairly priced, they told me they have it on the phone and when I went to see it, they told me X5 has a recent* transmission problem and I won't be out until next week but we have more selections... then I started to check selections and I can see (you feel this way later) cars in nice conditions have spaced fairly so you can get in and out easily with somehow high prices but cars have a problem or not in condition even some of them not even washed inside-out parked so close to each other so you can't even open the door but those cars have fair prices or lower than market (probably hiding condition) and I went to a car with fair mileage (41520), low price looks good outside with low light, had crack on headlamp (they said OK no problem), can't see inside well. and I asked for it because it was a fully loaded car. I went to one of the salespeople he looked like new guy, helped me and treat me well and another guy jumped in front of him (I guess he don't work there anymore as owner just told me today 06/03/2019) and "Let's do this, I will make it fast for you, I will make this car for you, Just answer these small questions for additional discounts", same discount questions they ask you at every dealer, Military, Disability and blah blah... of course no discount, and he kept saying this is your final price and there is no discount, he was talking fast, you can't keep up with him. he is like talking xxxx but you don't understand. He talked about 10 minutes to sell me to car told me it is best, I will give you a one-month store warranty. If it makes a problem for you bring it back with no question. and Finally, I said yes, and he got my information for finance went to finance dept. and told me we are working on it but you have another car in your finance and we cannot give it to you, but we are gonna help you: now we will show your car as a trade in and they will be able to give it to you. They did not show the money-check I gave them, they wrote my car as a trade in with the value of money-check... and WORST PART they sold me a warranty for $4000. they told me* (OF COURSE I did not read 5 others pages with small text, stupid me) that you have a warranty 50K Factory Warranty and you will have 75K after your factory warranty expires. Okay, I bought it because it was a perfect deal for me. LIE 1: First I asked for my spare KEY, He said it is in the safe box I will send it to you in a week when our boss comes LIE 2: I was waiting for DETAIL* for 4 hours because the car was so dirty outside, did not even see inside yet. AND end of 4 hours they only did exterior wash with a garden hose behind of their store LIE 3: They told me I had a small scratch on the headlight and Next day rained out with full of water inside of my headlight. Of course, they changed because it was just a 4th day of purchase... LIE 4: Car was in good condition as they said but the car had a hit from the front end that is why headlight was cracked, the hood was repaired VERY POORLY and painted very amateur, even you can feel when you touch which I realize so much later :(, LIE or MY BAD 5: There was a liquid in the back of my seat, DOG PEE, COFFEE, BROWN WINE, don't know what is that ultra disgusting, and they told me it can be cleaned easily, I tried to clean ONE BIG DAY with heavy carpet cleaner but it did not work. I give it to detail they could not clean and they are thinking about dog pee... LIE 6: They TOLD ME while selling, but YOU GUYS SHOULD READ I have a warranty until 125K but totally LIE. They just stole my $4K, left my car without coverage, made me do a diagnostic at the dealer for $1K at the mileage of 110K. 3 Days ago I called the front desk and she put me to hold and hung up on my face after 20min* of waiting. and I called her again asked about my problem and she said someone will call me. I said Saturday, Sunday is holiday it is okay f

This dealership is full of lies.They advertise at cars.com We callled them and email them to confirm if the car we would like to purchase in stock they call us back this morning and confirmed that car in stock and did offer us a road test etc.in couple hours we were at the dealership and they shwed us different car with overprice and did not even apologize jus give us a B.S. reason they did ot update the website inventory full un untrusted people save your time and gas to not shop them DO NOT shop this dealership, I wouldn't trust anything about them

They told that the F SPORT 2014 is available online and when I went there they didnt have it. I drove 2 hours. This dealership is fake, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !
Helpful, honest and friendly
Danny helped get me into the car I wanted even with my low credit. He even made it possible to stay in my budget. I was very impressed with how fast he got me approved. Everyone was honest with me from the start and did not waste my time. I really appreciate how helpful they were.
DO NOT SHOP HERE
This dealer appeared sketchy, and i was right. 2014 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport was posted on the site at an extremely low price. I called and was told the car was still available. I visited the dealership, and was told in some sketchy way that it was no longer available. No clear reason why. Two weeks later, this car is STILL showing up on Cars.com with the same low price. This is a scam to get people into the showroom. While I was there, they immediately tried to sell me another car - 2015 Lexus GS 350 BASE - for a higher price. DO NOT shop this dealership, I wouldn't trust anything about them.
