  Be really careful with this car dealer lot. Derek is irresponsible, dishonest person. Think twice before do business with this people, Don’t waste your time and your money with this company. I reported them to Better bureau of business.

  Sleazy company falsely advertising their prices

  Warning: This dealership uses the incredibly sleazy tactic of lowballing prices online, and including the clause "*All of our pre-owned prices reflect a $2,000 cash or trade equity applied to the sales price.” What this means is that the great deal $10,000 car you're looking at actually costs $12,000. This is like an apple store telling you a brand new phone costs $700 with everything included, then you go to the register after getting everything set up with a trade-in, and they tell you they need an additional $300 cash down payment in order to be given the payment plan for that $700, even if you just want to pay the whole thing in cash. This is pure false advertising and is extremely scummy. Also watch out for their fees. They say that they charge a license fee, document preparation fee, costs of selling, preparing, displaying, and finance charges. These are all cost of doing business charges. They are things to be paid by the business, not the customer.

  I must say I had the absolute best service by this sales team. They were very respectful and knowledgeable about the cars. Also the environment was so welcoming. They made my experience 10000x better by helping me every step along the way purchasing my car (2016 Hyundai Elantra.) I came in open minded and unsure; however leaving I am more that certain that this car was the perfect decision for me and they also hot me the payment I was looking for. I will definitely recommend 1 Owner Car to all my family and friends. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!
