  If it comes to buying cars and doing my routine services #1Cochran Subaru Butler is my place.. nowhere else I would purchase our cars. I trust them and they are very helpful and professional with their job. I feel comfortable with them. My husband and I we enter the building we know what kind of car we want and they work with us above and beyond. We couldn't be happier with the fast transactions! I like the quick deal.!   Worst custom service ever

  We bought a car 3 week ago , it had shaking after 3 day. We had put 1100 in it and I called to say it was still having shaking . They said it was a pre auction car and not there problem we would never told it was pre auction

  Paid 2payments cars broke down nothing but a head ache had it towed out there they said don't work on Chevy's why sale me one then xxx holes I'm on fixed income I will never buy there again

  Andrew Holt is very pleasant and friendly. He knows his jobs well. Very helpful. State inspection, oil changed and 3 other inspection for less than 3 hours. I always have a great service with Subaru BUTLER. AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

  I saw a car on cars.com and made an email inquiry. Kyle got in touch with me, and I made an appointment to test drive it. He answered my questions promptly, gave me a wealth of information about the car, and never pressured me into purchasing the car.

  Terrible customer service

  We have currently purchased five Subaru's. The last two Subaru's were purchased at Cochran Subaru, Renfrew, Pa. The two before that were purchased at Kerven Subaru (before it became Cochran Subaru). The difference in customer service is stark. Kerven had exceptional customer service, Cochran Subaru has exceptionally poor customer service. We brought our daughter into the Subaru ownership family and our son in law. Both have purchased Subaru's on our advice. I would never purchase another from vehicle from Cochran, there are too many other places with excellent customer service. If I could have, I would have given zero stars instead or one. Buyer Beware.

  I got my first Subaru in January. The experience at this dealership was awesome at the time of purchase and also when I went in for my first oil change. I’d highly recommend any one to visit for any of their Subaru needs.

  Fantastic buying experience. Vince Sunseri was very professional and his product knowledge and presentation were excellent. The dealership personnel were all very friendly and professional.
