    Finally bought myself a car after months of lookin

    I have been in and out of dealerships for months now trying to find a car worth buying. If you've been shopping you already know the purpose of business' expressing cost prices and their value of the vehicles. This was the first spot to be clear and honest with me. I spoke with alexia on the phone for a few days before coming in. I was delighted by the experience and finally got myself into a Q5 I am so happy!!!     My experience began on the phone with Christina who told me about the cost and buying process before I came in for my appointment (which was very efficiently booked) Once I came in I met with Al-who Christina told me I would be meeting with and he introduced me to cars that suited my needs. cars i wouldn't even have thought about looking in to! Mike walked me through the financing process and I was able to end my day with the perfect fit of a car!! Will definitely be returning in the future thank you 112!!!

    Bait and Switch

    Advertised $7,888 for 2011 Nissan Frontier on FB marketplace. Evan seemed nice on phone and in person but.... when I arrived and we spoke of price, he explained that's the price they paid for it not the selling price. The actual price was over eleven thousand. LOL! He explained people should read closer and this was not his "first rodeo." I politely left because it's futile to argue the absurdity of what he was trying explain to me. Other people have written about the same experience. It's sad that a sales person can't just be honest. They'd rather bait a customer and hope they can still hook them despite the deception.. The vehicle was auction crap too... BTW, I went home to review the ad and the only price listed was the $7,888 aka the price "they paid for it." Oh well, live and learn: DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

    After searching for a car for a very long time, I finally came across a car that looked great and the price seeming too good to be true. I called the place right away and was told that the price listed is the price THEY bought the car and that we will negotiate the price in person (I based it off of the CARFAX price). They were honest about everything, and to me, nothing seemed to be hidden. All the concerns for the cars even from when I test-drove the car were cleared. And still, Walter, my dealer, told me that the mechanic that they have can always look into it and tell me what's up. When we buy a car we never pay just for the car but also for some kind of fees (a lot, most of the times.) Also being an international student and not having a credit score, I got to know that some dealerships charge me for cashing in! Walter told me that whether I cash in or finance, I will be paying the same amount, which relieved me a lot. Also, the fees to get the car ready to be on the road was so much cheaper than any other places. After all, I got a great deal even including all the fees. There was a little bump on the car when I first saw it but it was fixed when I went to pick up the car. The car still to this day runs amazingly, and I was so glad to build a great relationship with Walter. Definitely recommend this place for a car purchase.

    I called to make an offer and the words that came out the gentleman's mouth were "your offer is going to have to be higher than the listed price". Somehow these guys think that it's ok to post their cost and hide the explanation in the fine print. Couldn't even offer them anything considering they wanted more than the price listed. Based solely off of that conversation I would never do business with them. Good luck.

    Get the actual price before driving down

    My experience was with Walter. He was responsive and reasonably pleasant, However the actual price to purchase the SUV was about $2500 higher than the quoted price in the ad.

    I went here as a referral and had a quick and professional experience. I left with my car in less time than expected. Their service department manager Mr Paul extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting me out fast. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
